Customer Service Professional for Home Appliances

We are seeking a skilled German-speaking customer service representative to join our team in the Home Appliances department. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing top-notch customer support via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assisting customers with inquiries related to home appliances, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions.
- Documenting customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve service objectives and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Engaging in ongoing training to stay informed about product features and industry best practices.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language are stated in your C.V. or Cover Letter.
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support or the home appliances sector is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and adaptability.
