We are seeking a skilled Portuguese Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Home Appliances Department.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, and warranty information.
- Effectively handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date records in the system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
- Educate customers on home appliance usage and maintenance to enhance their user experience.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the home appliances or electronics sector.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
