Home Appliances Customer Support Representative

As a key player in our Home Appliances Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to Spanish-speaking customers through various communication channels. This is an exciting opportunity for a fluent Spanish speaker with a passion for home appliances and customer service.
Your Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries related to home appliance products, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions via phone, email, and chat.
- Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system to ensure seamless follow-ups.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with product features and safety standards through ongoing training.
Requirements
- A strong command of the Spanish language (written and spoken) is essential.
- Enthusiasm for customer service and knowledge of home appliances is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive and solution-driven mindset.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment with strong organizational skills.
