Home Appliances Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented customer support representative to join our team. As a Nordic-speaking customer support representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients in their native language.
Job Description:The successful candidate will have experience in customer service, preferably in the home appliances or consumer electronics sector. You will be fluent in a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Assisting customers with inquiries related to product features, troubleshooting, warranties, and service requests
- Effectively resolving customer complaints and issues to ensure an excellent service experience
- Documenting customer interactions accurately and following up on any outstanding queries
Requirements:
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the home appliances or consumer electronics sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
