We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Home Appliances Department as a Polish Speaking Customer Support representative.
Job Description:As a Polish Speaking Customer Support representative, you will play a vital role in assisting Polish-speaking customers with their inquiries regarding home appliances. Your exceptional communication skills, combined with your passion for helping others, will ensure that our customers receive a positive experience.
- Provide top-notch customer support to Polish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to home appliances, offering accurate information and resolutions.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system, ensuring thorough records.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service objectives and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay informed about product features and industry trends.
To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your application documents.
- A strong commitment to providing high-level customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support or a technical background in home appliances is a plus but not mandatory.
