Key Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service to Polish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat

- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and support skills
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken
