We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with exceptional language skills to support our Polish-speaking clients. The ideal candidate will possess fluency in both Polish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively through various channels.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. You will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, assisting customers with inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, order status, returns, and site navigation.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system for effective tracking and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company promotions to provide excellent assistance.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS TO ENCOURAGE LOYALTY AND REPEAT BUSINESS.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • Fluency in Polish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in online retail or e-commerce.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer experience.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
