Our team is seeking a skilled Polish-speaking customer support specialist to join our virtual job and freelance platforms department.
This role involves providing exceptional service to users navigating our services, ensuring a smooth experience for all. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate documentation of customer interactions in our CRM system.
Your Responsibilities- Offer top-notch customer support to Polish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist users with inquiries regarding our virtual job and freelance platforms, helping them find suitable opportunities.
- Maintain precise records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve service level objectives and enhance user satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on platform features and industry trends.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure you clearly state your nationality and native language in your application materials.
