As a German Speaking Virtual Reality Support Specialist, you will be the voice of our company, assisting clients with inquiries related to virtual reality products and services.
This role combines technology and customer service, allowing you to make a significant impact. You will provide exceptional support to German-speaking clients via various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Your Responsibilities- Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers on virtual reality products and features.
- Document interactions and customer feedback to contribute to service improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with the VR development team to relay customer insights and help resolve issues.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product updates to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements- Fluency in German and English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Prior experience in customer support or technical support is advantageous.
