Are you passionate about innovative technology and delivering exceptional customer support? We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) team as a Customer Support Representative.
About the RoleAs a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will troubleshoot technical issues, educate customers on product features, and work closely with our technical team to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
We are looking for someone who is fluent in both Portuguese and English, has proven experience in customer service, particularly in technology or gaming sectors, and has a strong interest in VR and AR technologies. If you are an excellent communicator, analytical thinker, and team player, we would love to hear from you
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to VR and AR applications
- Educate customers on product features and functionalities
- Work closely with the technical team to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken
- Proven experience in customer service, particularly in technology or gaming sectors
- A strong interest in Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality technologies
