We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team in the cutting-edge Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) Department. As a Customer Support Representative, you will assist customers with inquiries and technical issues related to VR and AR products and services. You will engage with clients through various communication channels, ensuring they receive timely and effective support. Your ability to collaborate with the product development team will contribute to service improvements and enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer support for clients regarding VR and AR products via email, chat, and other digital platforms.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide detailed assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions accurately within the support system.
- Collaborate with the product development team to relay customer insights and contribute to service improvements.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in VR and AR technology to provide accurate guidance and support.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming manner in all customer communications.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, is required.
- Previous experience in customer support or a strong background in technology is highly desirable.
- A keen interest in virtual reality, augmented reality, and gaming technologies.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to assist clients with technical inquiries.
