We are seeking a highly skilled German language Customer Support Representative to join our Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality Department. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong interest in technology, customer service, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support via various channels (email, chat, phone) for VR and AR products, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
  • Educate users about the features, functionalities, and best practices of VR and AR technologies, promoting seamless user experience.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to contribute to product improvement and enhance future support services.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues, ensure prompt resolution, and optimize customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in VR and AR fields to provide expert-level support and drive business growth.
  • Develop and refine support documentation and training materials to address customer inquiries efficiently.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and resolve issues promptly.
  • A strong interest in Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality technologies, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new developments.
  • Previous experience in customer support or technical support is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical inquiries and provide clear guidance to users.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy, ensuring that customer interactions are documented accurately and consistently.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, adapt to rapid technological changes, and prioritize tasks effectively.
