
Virtual Reality Augmented Reality Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the Virtual Reality & Augmented Reality industry, providing exceptional customer support to clients.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively troubleshoot technical issues and communicate solutions to customers.
Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer support to clients via various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
- Assist clients with inquiries regarding Virtual Reality & Augmented Reality products, features, and troubleshooting.
- Guide users through installation and setup to provide a seamless experience.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to enhance service quality and product satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the VR & AR development teams to share customer insights and assist in resolving issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide accurate support to clients.
- Fluency in Slovak and English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Strong customer service orientation and enthusiasm for technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive and friendly approach.
- Prior experience in customer support or technical support is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to effectively troubleshoot technical issues and communicate solutions to customers.
- Eagerness to learn about new technologies in the VR & AR field.
