Job Description

As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring that users have an exceptional experience with our VR and AR products. You will provide top-notch support through various channels, including email, chat, and phone, and assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues.

Whether it's educating users about product features, documenting customer interactions, or collaborating with technical teams to resolve complex issues, your expertise will make a real difference in our customers' lives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Fluency in one of the Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in or knowledge of Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality technologies
  • Prior experience in customer support or related fields is highly desirable
  • Ability to handle technical inquiries and provide clear troubleshooting guidance
