Customer Support Specialist for Virtual Reality & Augmented Reality

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our cutting-edge Virtual Reality & Augmented Reality Department. This role requires a passion for technology, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding support to Czech-speaking clients via various communication channels (phone, email, chat). They will assist customers with questions related to Virtual Reality & Augmented Reality products, features, and troubleshooting, as well as guide users through the setup and installation processes for a seamless experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer support and assistance to Czech-speaking clients.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to Virtual Reality & Augmented Reality products and features.
  • Guide users through setup and installation processes for a smooth experience.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to enhance service levels and product satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with development teams to relay customer insights and support issue resolution.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Czech and English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills combined with a passion for technology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Prior experience in customer support or technical support is advantageous.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively and provide clear solutions to customers.
