Polish Speaking Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Polish speaking customer experience specialist. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients from Poland, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, chat & e-mail
- Track and follow cases to ensure they closed in an efficient and timely manner
- Maintain high customer satisfaction, representing a major brand
- Provide troubleshooting for mobile devices (mobile phones, tablets & more)
- Assist customers to manage/secure their account & passwords
- Set-up repairs for hardware-related issues
- Escalate unresolved cases by contacting 2nd level support Interaction Experts
- Fluency in Polish
- Advanced English knowledge
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferred
- Great communication skills
- Prior customer support experience would be an advantage
- Strong troubleshooting skills
