Italian Speaking Customer Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Italian speaking customer expert to join our team. This role will involve providing exceptional customer service to clients in Italy, responding to their inquiries via email, chat, and phone, and working effectively as part of a team to develop effective relationships with colleagues and management.
Key Responsibilities- Responding to customers' inquiries via email, chat, and phone
- Work effectively as part of a team, developing effective and supportive relationships with colleagues and management
- Be positive & proactive and have a desire for applying continuous improvement processes
- Provide and maintain a strong, professional relationship with all customers and always show empathy
- Strive towards customers retention and loyalty, fully supporting the customers to achieve a successful outcome to their inquiry
- Excellent Italian communication skills
- Good command of English
- Great communication and soft skills
- Good computer skills
- Experience in customer service will be appreciated
- Positive attitude & team spirit
