Italian Speaking Business Solutions Expert

We are seeking a skilled Italian speaking professional to join our business software and CRM solutions team. As an expert in this field, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide in-depth consultation services to Italian-speaking clients regarding the selection and use of our business software and CRM solutions.
- Support clients during the implementation phase to ensure seamless integration into their operations.
- Deliver training sessions and materials to enhance client understanding and usage of the software.
- Gather client feedback to continuously improve our services and software features.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices to provide informed insights to clients.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Italian (both spoken and written) is essential; English fluency is a plus.
- Experience in business software, CRM solutions, or a related consulting role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building lasting relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Experience in conducting training sessions is beneficial.
- Self-motivated and able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
