German Speaking Consultant Opportunity

Are you a seasoned professional with excellent German language skills and a passion for business software? We are seeking a highly skilled German Speaking Consultant to join our team and play a key role in supporting our clients' needs.

The primary responsibility of this position is to facilitate the adoption and optimization of our innovative software solutions for our German-speaking clientele. This involves providing expert consultation, assisting in the implementation and integration of software products, conducting training sessions, and acting as a liaison between clients and our development teams.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong understanding of business software and CRM solutions, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Fluency in both written and spoken German, along with a strong command of English, is essential. Proven experience in business software or CRM consulting is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert consultation to German-speaking clients regarding our business software and CRM solutions.
  • Assist in the implementation and integration of software products within client organizations.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance client knowledge and software utilization.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and our development teams to relay feedback and suggest enhancements.
  • Monitor industry trends to ensure clients receive up-to-date advice and solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluent in German (verbal and written) with a strong command of English.
  • Proven experience in business software or CRM consulting.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
  • Experience in training or facilitating workshops is a plus.
  • Team-oriented with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
