Senior Software Solutions Consultant

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is a leading recruitment agency specializing in matching talented individuals with exceptional career opportunities. We are currently seeking a Senior Software Solutions Consultant to join our Business Software & CRM Solutions Department.

This role is perfect for professionals who have a strong background in business software and customer relationship management and are passionate about helping clients optimize their software usage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to understand their business software and CRM needs.
  • Provide expert consultations on the selection, implementation, and optimization of business software and CRM systems.
  • Analyze clients' existing software infrastructure and offer tailored solutions for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and configuration of software solutions.
  • Conduct training and workshops to educate clients on effective software utilization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to provide innovative solutions to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent service and ongoing support.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Proven experience in consulting for business software and CRM solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and business software applications.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills, able to explain complex topics in a simple manner.
  • Experience with project management and software integration processes.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
