We are seeking a skilled Business Software Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for identifying and addressing the business software needs of clients.
Key Responsibilities- Client Consultation: Collaborate with clients to understand their business software requirements and provide expert advice on selection, implementation, and optimization of solutions.
- Analysis and Recommendations: Conduct thorough analyses of existing systems and offer tailored recommendations for improvement.
- Integration and Configuration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and configuration of software solutions.
- Training and Support: Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower clients in utilizing their software effectively.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Consulting Experience: Relevant experience in consulting for business software and CRM solutions.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of CRM systems, business software applications, and associated technologies.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and experience with project management tools and software integration processes.
