This role is suited for those who have a strong understanding of business software and customer relationship management systems and are eager to assist clients in optimizing their technology for improved business outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with Flemish-speaking clients to identify their business software and CRM needs.
  • Provide knowledgeable consultation on the selection, implementation, and optimization of business software and CRM solutions.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' existing systems and provide tailored recommendations for enhancements.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure effective integration and configuration of software solutions.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enable clients to leverage their software effectively.
  • Stay informed about industry trends to provide innovative solutions that align with client needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional support and communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluency in Flemish and English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in consulting for business software and CRM solutions.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, business software applications, and related technologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for clients.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software integration processes is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects and clients effectively.
