Key Responsibilities- Establish strong relationships with Dutch-speaking clients by providing prompt, courteous, and effective support via various channels.
- Utilize expertise in software solutions to troubleshoot issues, offer guidance, and ensure clients maximize the use of our products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns, enhance service delivery, and drive business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and areas for improvement to inform data-driven decision making.
Requirements
- Fluent Dutch language skills (spoken and written) are essential; proficiency in English is beneficial.
- Experience in customer support, preferably within a software or CRM environment, is desirable.
