Dutch Speaking Customer Support Specialist

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to offer an opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Home Security & Alarm Systems Department. In this role, you will be the primary contact for Dutch-speaking customers, providing them with expert assistance and support related to home security products and alarm systems.

Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding home security systems, installation processes, and product features.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to enhance their experience and maintain loyalty.
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system, ensuring clear communication and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback and contribute to service improvements.
- Stay informed about the latest products and industry trends to offer knowledgeable support to customers.
- Fluency in Dutch and English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Experience in customer support, especially in the home security or electronics industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office software.
