Dutch Speaking Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a talented Dutch speaking customer support specialist to join our online music team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both written and spoken Dutch, have a passion for music and podcasts, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, has strong analytical skills, and is able to work effectively in a remote environment.
Job Description- Provide top-notch customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to streaming services, playlists, subscriptions, and more.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.

Required Skills and Qualifications- Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong affinity for music and podcasts.
- Prior experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
