Job Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled Dutch-speaking customer support representative to join our transportation services team.

We are currently looking for a Dutch-speaking customer support representative for the Transportation Services Department. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and are eager to assist Dutch-speaking clients with their transportation needs.
Responsibilities- Provide exemplary customer support to Dutch-speaking clients regarding transportation services through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to bookings, route information, and company policies.
- Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a positive experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately and ensure timely follow-up on requests.
- Collaborate with internal teams and transportation providers to meet customer expectations.
- Offer customers information on available services, safety protocols, and other relevant details.
- Gather customer feedback to support enhancements in service delivery and operational processes.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the transportation or logistics sector.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with CRM systems and standard office software applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
