With a passion for helping others, you will be the face of our company, providing top-notch support via phone, email, and chat. Your strong communication skills and fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) will enable you to assist customers with inquiries related to real estate management, providing accurate information and assistance.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service to Dutch-speaking clients.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to real estate management.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service level objectives.
- Participate in ongoing training to remain informed about property management practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken).
- Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support, particularly in real estate, is an asset.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a friendly demeanor.
