Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional service to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding public transport schedules, ticketing, and other related matters.
- Resolve issues efficiently and maintain a positive customer experience by providing prompt and effective solutions.
- Document customer interactions to track feedback and improve services, contributing to a data-driven approach to customer service.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure cohesive communication and support, fostering a team-oriented environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on service offerings and best practices, enhancing skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential for this role. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated.
- A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service, with a focus on empathy and understanding.
