We are seeking a skilled and passionate customer service professional to join our team as a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to Dutch-speaking customers through various channels.
Key Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, and chat in Dutch, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
- Assist users with inquiries related to the online auction and bidding processes, providing accurate and timely responses.
- Resolve issues promptly and efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Educate customers on how to effectively use the bidding platform and its features, enhancing their overall experience.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to continuously improve service quality and efficiency.
- Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred, but not essential.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries and thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
