Job Description- We are seeking an individual with excellent customer service skills to connect with Dutch-speaking customers, providing them with exceptional support and assistance from the comfort of their own home.
- You will thrive in this role as you handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, utilizing your strong communication skills and passion for customer service.
The ideal candidate will have fluency in both Dutch and English, with proven experience in customer service, preferably in a remote setting.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, addressing inquiries and providing solutions across various platforms.
- Ensure high-quality customer service by responding to requests and managing issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system for future reference.
- Cultivate positive relationships with customers to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a remote setting.
