Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and fluent in Dutch? We are seeking a skilled Remote Customer Service Agent to join our team in Greece. As the voice of our Dutch-speaking clients, you will provide top-notch support through various communication channels. Your key responsibilities include:
- Delivering first-class customer service via phone, email, and chat.
- Addressing customer queries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Staying up-to-date with company products and services to offer accurate information.
- Documenting customer interactions within our CRM system.
- Collaborating with team members to enhance customer service delivery.
- Participating in training sessions to refine your skills and knowledge.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage time efficiently.
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proactive, adaptable mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece for initial integration and training.
