Job Title: Dutch Speaking Airline Customer Care Representative

We are seeking a skilled and professional Dutch Speaking Airline Customer Care Representative to join our team. As a representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking airline customers, ensuring their travel experiences are smooth and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance to Dutch-speaking airline customers through phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Offer up-to-date information regarding flight schedules, bookings, and travel changes.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience throughout their journey.
  • Document interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in training sessions to strengthen product knowledge and service skills.
  • Continuously gather customer feedback to suggest improvements for service enhancement.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Fluent Dutch and English language skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to professionalism.
  • Experience in the travel or airline industry is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs.
  • Proficient problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently.
  • Willingness to embrace Greek culture while living and working in Athens.
