In this critical position, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries related to their transportation needs, guiding them through our services and ensuring a seamless experience. You will also collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about transportation services, offering accurate information and solutions.
- Document customer interactions comprehensively in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support or the transportation industry is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
