We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Public Transport Service Representative to join our team. In this vital role, you will provide high-quality service to Spanish-speaking clients, assisting them with their inquiries regarding public transport services.
As a Public Transport Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service through multiple communication channels.
- Addressing inquiries regarding schedules, routes, ticketing, and general transport information.
- Effectively resolving customer concerns and issues with patience and professionalism.
- Documenting customer interactions accurately to improve service delivery.
- Collaborating with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Engaging in training to stay informed about services and policies.
Requirements for this role include:
- Native fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken).
- Strong commitment to customer service and assisting the public.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
