Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to transportation services, providing timely solutions.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with team members to achieve service excellence and exceed customer expectations.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is essential.
- A passion for customer service and a genuine desire to help others.
- Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
