Are you fluent in Finnish and passionate about providing excellent customer service? We are seeking a skilled Finnish-speaking representative to join our transportation team in Athens, Greece. In this role, you will assist customers with their transportation inquiries, ensuring they receive timely and effective support.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer support to Finnish-speaking clients via various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to transportation services, addressing their needs and providing solutions.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on industry knowledge and improve service delivery.
- Fluency in Finnish (written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong dedication to providing excellent customer service.
- Prior experience in customer support is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, and immerse yourself in a new cultural experience.
