Patrique Mercier Recruitment is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative within the Public Transport Services Department. If you have a passion for helping others and want to play a vital role in enhancing public transport experiences, this position is ideal for you.
You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance with inquiries, guiding them through processes, and resolving any issues related to public transport services.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding public transport services and provide accurate information.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately for better service quality.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve processes.
- Participate in training to stay informed about public transport policies and services.
Requirements
- Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language are clearly stated in your CV and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong commitment to customer service and helping others.
- Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle inquiries with professionalism and patience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
