In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to French-speaking customers, addressing inquiries related to public transportation services, schedules, and ticketing. Your role is vital in ensuring that passengers receive accurate information and support, contributing to an efficient and pleasant public transport experience.
Job Description- Provide high-quality customer service in French, assisting passengers with inquiries about public transport services and schedules.
- Respond to customer complaints and issues promptly, offering solutions that enhance the overall travel experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- Stay informed about public transport policies, routes, and schedules to provide accurate and helpful information.
- Proactively engage with customers through various channels to address any questions or concerns they may have.
- Deliver excellent customer experience by resolving queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers in finding solutions to their problems, ensuring complete satisfaction with our services.
- Use data analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement in our customer service processes.
- Fluency in French and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are required.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in public transport or a related sector, is highly advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with a diverse customer base.
- Able to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
