Responsibilities:- Deliver outstanding customer service to Czech-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns related to public transport services.
- Assist customers with route planning, schedule information, and ticketing inquiries.
- Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor in all communications.
- Accurately document customer interactions and follow up as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Engage in continuous training to enhance knowledge of public transport services and policies.
- Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is mandatory. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your application.
- A strong passion for customer service and helping others.
- Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle inquiries with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to work in a team environment and support colleagues.
