Public Transport Services Department is seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join its team. As a Czech Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in improving public transport services and assisting clients with their inquiries and needs.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to Czech-speaking clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Provide timely and accurate information regarding public transport schedules, fares, and routes to customers.
  • Address customer complaints and feedback in a professional manner, ensuring issues are resolved effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide consistent and high-quality service to customers.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of services offered and communicate updates and changes to customers.
  • Document all customer interactions and feedback to contribute to service improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive public image of the transport services department by ensuring a high standard of customer service.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in public transportation or governmental services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive inquiries and situations with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and basic office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • A passion for public service and improving community transportation systems.
