We are seeking a Customer Service Banking Representative to provide exceptional support to our Czech-speaking clients in the banking sector.
- Engage with customers through various communication channels, ensuring outstanding service and assistance.
- Assist clients with inquiries related to banking products, account management, and financial services.
- Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of the bank's products and services to assist customers accurately.
- Document customer interactions meticulously for accurate record-keeping and follow-up.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer orientation.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within a banking context, is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capability to work under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with an emphasis on maintaining high service standards.
- A collaborative team player with a positive, proactive approach.
