Mobile Banking Support Specialist

As a Nordic-speaking customer support representative in our mobile banking services department, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences for our clients. Your expertise and customer-centric approach will be crucial in helping customers navigate their mobile banking needs effectively.
Responsibilities include delivering high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat, assisting with inquiries about account management, transactions, and mobile banking app functionality, and effectively resolving any issues or complaints raised by customers to ensure satisfaction.
Additionally, you will document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system, and work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and address operational concerns.
Requirements:- Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish) and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support, particularly in financial services or mobile banking.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle inquiries effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office software.
- A proactive attitude and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
