Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative

Our team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Spanish-speaking customer support representative to join our Mobile Banking Services Department. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat in relation to mobile banking services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer support to Spanish-speaking clients, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Assist customers with account management, transactional issues, and mobile app functionality, providing accurate and timely solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues in the CRM system, facilitating effective issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to communicate feedback and improve the overall customer experience, driving business growth and success.
  • Stay up-to-date on mobile banking products and services, providing reliable information to customers and enhancing their experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer support, particularly in banking or financial services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities, with a passion for technology and helping customers navigate mobile banking services.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office software.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
