Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled French-speaking customer support specialist to join our mobile banking services department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to French-speaking clients, ensuring they have seamless and positive experiences with our mobile banking services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide timely and effective support to French-speaking customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about mobile banking features and functionalities, offering solutions and advice to resolve their issues.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system, maintaining up-to-date records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve service level goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction, working together as a team to deliver exceptional results.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on mobile banking trends and product knowledge, continuously developing your skills and expertise.
- Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service, with a passion for helping others and resolving problems.
- Previous experience in customer support, particularly in the banking or technology sector, is a plus but not mandatory.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
