We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused representative to join our team in the Electronics Department. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and support to our clients.
Job DescriptionAs a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. You will assist customers with inquiries related to electronic products and services, effectively manage and resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism, and guide customers in selecting suitable electronic products based on their needs.

To succeed in this role, you must possess strong communication skills, a commitment to excellent customer service, and experience in customer service, preferably within the electronics industry. Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is required, and proficiency in English is a plus. You should also have demonstrated problem-solving abilities focused on customer satisfaction, be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, and have an interest in electronics and technology.
