Electronics Repair Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced French speaking customer service representative to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to French speaking clients regarding repairs and warranty issues of consumer electronics.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat to French speaking clients regarding repairs and warranty issues.
- Assist customers in navigating the warranty process and troubleshooting product issues.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with repair technicians and other team members to ensure timely resolutions.
- Engage in continuous training to stay updated on product knowledge and service trends.
- Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support, particularly in electronics or warranty services, is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude towards problem-solving.
