Consumer Electronics Technical Support Position

We are currently seeking a Technical Support Representative for our Consumer Electronics Repair & Warranty Department. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology and customer service, and who enjoy helping clients navigate their repair and warranty needs.
- Provide exceptional technical support to clients regarding repair services and warranty claims via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about product warranties, repair processes, and service status.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and troubleshoot issues to ensure a satisfactory experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately and manage case escalations as necessary.
- Collaborate with technical teams to gather information and provide expedient solutions for clients.
- Educate customers on warranty policies, repair procedures, and product care tips.
- Collect customer feedback to support ongoing improvements in service quality and efficiency.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the consumer electronics or warranty sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using customer support software and standard office applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
