Customer Support Representative
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may encounter with our products.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer support via various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to consumer electronics.
- Record customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experience and meet service goals.
- Participate in continuous training to stay up-to-date on product updates and industry trends.
- Fluency in Hebrew (written and spoken) is mandatory for this role.
- EU passport or residency is required. A work visa alone is not sufficient.
- Native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your CV and/or cover letter.
- Strong passion for delivering excellent customer service, particularly in the consumer electronics industry.
- Prior experience in customer support is beneficial but not necessary.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Team player with positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail in problem-solving.
