We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team in the Consumer Electronics Repair department. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service to Czech-speaking clients regarding consumer electronics repair and warranty services via phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective support to customers regarding their product repairs, warranty claims, and troubleshooting issues.
- Document and manage customer interactions accurately, ensuring follow-up on outstanding issues.
- Collaborate with repair teams to provide timely updates to customers on their service requests.
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the electronics or repair industry.
- Strong interest in consumer electronics with a clear ability to communicate technical information.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and standard office applications.
