Flemish Speaking Customer Service Representative for Electronics

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Flemish Speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team in the Consumer Electronics Repair & Warranty Department. This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a strong interest in the consumer electronics industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer support to Flemish-speaking clients regarding consumer electronics repairs and warranty claims through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to repair status, warranty coverage, and service policies.
- Effectively address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records of all inquiries and outcomes.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues and improve service quality.
- Educate clients about warranty terms and conditions, repair processes, and product features.
- Gather customer feedback to contribute to service enhancements and operational improvements.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer support, preferably in the consumer electronics or repair sector.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
